2025 EditionThe 2025 Candidate Performance Book provides a comprehensive view of Uniform CPA Examination candidate activity and performance, including jurisdiction, university and accreditation, demographic, international, and Examination section data. The publication includes key metrics such as unique candidates, sections attempted, percent pass, average score, average age, residence, gender, degree type, cohort year, and Examination section, along with multi-year trend information.
Exam Performance: The 2025 edition reflects the current CPA Examination structure, with performance data for the three Core sections (AUD, FAR, REG) and three Discipline sections (BAR, ISC, TCP).
Cohort Tracking: Candidates are grouped by the calendar year in which they first began the Examination process. This approach provides insight into candidate progression over time, how long candidates remain active in the Examination process, and broader trends in the CPA candidate pipeline.
